Melbourne Metro Delivery
Orders placed before Tuesday 12 PM are eligible for next-day delivery within the Melbourne metro area, unless products are sold out. Deliveries are available every Wednesday. We are closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. When placing your order, please confirm suburb and delivery date availability on the cart page.
Australia-Wide Shipping
For orders within Australia, shipping fees are automatically calculated based on quantity and distance. Orders are dispatched every Wednesday, with an estimated delivery window of 1-5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your distance from metro areas. We ship using Australia Post Standard or Express services. While we strive for timely delivery, specific dates and times cannot be guaranteed.
We do not ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, or weekends, except for Mother's Day and Father's Day.
Delivery Timing
While we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time, we strive to provide approximate timeframes for different address types:
- Business Address: Delivery is estimated to occur between 11am to 5pm.
- Residential Address: Delivery is estimated to occur between 12pm to 7pm.
Please note, circumstances beyond our control, such as vehicle breakdowns or accidents, may result in deliveries outside of these estimated hours.
Handling Fee
All orders shipped via Australia Post will include a flat handling fee of 20%, ensuring your items are carefully packaged and delivered with care.
Free Click & Collect
We offer a convenient free click & collect option from South Melbourne Market at 322-326 Coventry St, South Melbourne VIC 3205. You can collect your order on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays between 8am and 1pm.
